| 30 or more days | 10% of tour cost |
| 15–29 days | 25% of tour cost |
| 8–14 days | 50% of tour cost |
| 0–7 days | 100% of tour cost (no refund) |
Cancellation by Snowtail Escapes
In the unlikely event that we cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, political unrest, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra charge.
How to Cancel
Send a written cancellation request to info@snowtailescapes.com with your booking reference. Cancellation is effective from the date of receipt of email.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
