Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% advance payment. The balance is due 30 days before the departure date. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
Itinerary Changes
Snowtail Escapes reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Alternative arrangements of equivalent standard will be provided.
Traveller Responsibilities
- Ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months from travel date)
- Obtain necessary visas — we assist but are not responsible for rejections
- Carry adequate travel insurance
- Comply with local laws and customs of destination countries
Limitation of Liability
Snowtail Escapes acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
